This commitment applies to all session formats: individual, group, virtual, and community workshops.
IMPULSES.ART collects only the minimum information necessary to provide our services: name, contact information, and any relevant background you choose to share during intake. We do not collect financial data, government identification numbers, or immigration status information.
Our website uses GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics service that does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and is fully compliant with GDPR and CCPA.
We recognize that many of our participants come from vulnerable situations, including displacement, trauma, and cultural transition. IMPULSES.ART is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where every person is treated with dignity and respect regardless of their immigration status, nationality, language, gender, religion, or background.
No information from our sessions will ever be shared with immigration authorities, employers, or any third party without explicit consent, except where required by law to prevent imminent harm.
